This particular rack fits up to 18 full size sheet pans, which can be accessed from either end. When used in a pass-thru refrigerator, the rack can be rolled in through one side and pulled out from the other. Or it can remain stationary, allowing you to load the pans from the prep area and then retrieve them from the other side for baking. However you use it, the rack is built to last. It's made with high-strength, extruded aluminum and is aircraft-riveted for incredible durability. Plus, it's outfitted with 5" diameter casters, giving it effortless mobility. Each of the casters swivel to make the rack easy to maneuver through narrow hallways and cramped storage areas, as well as to roll through a pass-thru refrigerator.
